LEO GARZA

     Leo Garza was born in McAllen and raised in Laredo.  He now lives and works in San Antonio. Leo, who works in both watercolor and oil, paints scenes from a South Texas yesteryear.   Whether the scene is cowboys outside the Piggly Wiggly in Hebbronville circa 1930 or men waiting for the steamboat in Rio Grande City circa 1860, each painting gives the viewer a glimpse of the past.
